Join us for a discussion on the topic of depression, loosely based on the best-selling book, “Lost Connections” by Johann Hari. The talk will be facilitated by Michael Shaldone, CADC I and discuss techniques for “Re-connection”, ideas for herbal / holistic remedies and an introduction to halotherapy.
