During the class, you’ll explore the traditional flavors of tabbouleh, a refreshing Middle Eastern salad made with bulgur wheat, fresh herbs, and zesty lemon. You’ll also uncover the secrets of a salad with peanut dressing, where the combination of crisp vegetables, savory peanuts, and a tangy dressing creates an explosion of flavors. Finally, you’ll dive into the realm of sweet and tangy with our salad featuring a tantalizing lemon honey dressing that perfectly complements the freshness of the greens.
