Walking Meditation class

Join us on Sunday, October 8th, from 8 am to 9 am, for a morning of mindfulness and meditation in beautiful downtown Winters, CA. Experience the power of walking meditation and its benefits while strolling along the serene Putah Creek path.

What to Expect:

  • 30 minutes of guided instruction and mindfulness discussion behind the community center
  • A 30-minute walk along the peaceful creek, where you can practice your newfound walking meditation skills

Free and Open to All: This event is entirely free and welcomes everyone in the community. Embrace the opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and body.
