I am spiritually oriented and clinically trained, as I provide compassion, guidance, non-judgement, and support.
I use Depth Hypnosis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Shamanic Journey, and Buddhist Psychology to assist you in gaining consciousness and healing.
