Join Wildflowers Hypnotherapy and Waves in Motion at Beals Point State Park (Folsom/Granite Bay) as we drum together, connect with nature, explore mindfulness, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Bringing your own drum is recommended but extra instruments will be provided. All ages and skill levels are welcome!
